This vape age policy explains who may access age-restricted areas of silovape.com, use an account where available, place an order, or accept delivery. SiloVape is an adult-only store. We do not knowingly sell or supply vaping products to minors.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher minimum legal age that applies where you access the site, purchase, receive, possess, import, or use a vaping product. If local law prohibits the transaction altogether, you must not place an order even if you are over 18.
The requirement applies to products containing nicotine and to nicotine-free vaping products where local law treats them as age restricted. For example, Germany’s Youth Protection Act covers electronic cigarettes and refill containers whether or not they contain nicotine; the official German text is available in the Jugendschutzgesetz. Customers remain responsible for checking the rule in their own destination before ordering.
By entering an age-restricted part of the site, creating an account, submitting an order, or accepting delivery, you confirm that:
- you meet the legal vaping age that applies to you and the destination;
- the identity, age, billing, and delivery information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or is lawfully supplied;
- you are not purchasing, transferring, or arranging delivery for a minor; and
- you will store every product securely away from children and pets.
2. How Age Verification May Work
The current site uses an age-gate prompt. After a visitor confirms eligibility, the age-gate plugin places the eav-age-verified session cookie so the prompt does not repeat on every page during that browser session. This is a declaration, not conclusive proof of age. For a proposed order, we may also review the information supplied for the order and, where reasonably necessary, request additional proof through a specifically identified secure method. Any further method will depend on the destination, transaction, and applicable law.
If verification is incomplete, inconsistent, or reasonably suggests a purchase by or for a minor, we may place the order on hold, request further information through a secure method, refuse service, suspend an account, or cancel and refund the affected order. We will handle verification information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send identity documents through the general contact form unless SiloVape has first provided a specific, secure instruction. The form is intended for ordinary support messages and is not a document-verification portal.
3. Delivery, Collection, and Purchases for Other People
Where required or available, a carrier or collection point may ask the recipient for identification, proof of age, or an adult signature. The person accepting the parcel must independently meet the applicable legal age. A failed verification can result in refusal or return of the parcel, subject to our Shipping Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Do not use a minor’s name, account, email address, payment method, or delivery details. Do not ask a minor to receive a parcel. Buying as a gift is only permitted when both the purchaser and intended adult recipient meet all applicable legal requirements. Passing a product to a minor after delivery is prohibited and may be unlawful.
4. Wholesale and Resale Responsibilities
A wholesale customer must be legally entitled to buy, import, stock, market, and resell the products in every relevant territory. Wholesale buyers must operate effective age-verification and responsible-retailing procedures of their own and must not resell to minors. SiloVape’s checks do not replace a reseller’s legal duties.
We may request business-registration, tax, import, licensing, or responsible-retailing information before accepting a commercial order. We may refuse or cancel a proposed supply when the information is insufficient or the transaction would create a legal or safety concern.
5. Responsible Access and Product Safety
Vaping products are not toys and are not marketed to children. Product names, flavours, colours, or images do not change the adult-only restriction. Products may contain nicotine, which is addictive. Always read the label and product instructions, use the correct charging equipment, and keep devices, pods, and e-liquid locked away from children and pets.
SiloVape does not present vaping products as medicines or smoking-cessation treatments. A person who is pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to nicotine, or living with a relevant medical condition should not rely on product-page content as medical advice and should seek appropriate professional guidance.
6. Minors and Personal Information
The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors for retail purposes. If we learn that a minor submitted account, order, contact, review, or age-verification information, we may cancel the transaction, restrict the account, and delete or retain information only as required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legal claims.
A parent, guardian, or other person who believes a minor has used the site should contact us. We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and verify the requester’s authority, but sensitive documents should not be sent until we provide secure instructions.
7. Report an Age-Related Concern
